Step 1: Put kiwi, mango, lemon zest, lemon juice, cocunut milk, and honey into a food processor. Mix until silky smooth. Taste, add honey or splenda to taste.
Step 2: Use spatula to transfer sherbet into loaf pan. Place in freezer for at least 3-4 hours.
Step 3: Serve! After 4 hours it should be solid to scoop. Overnight, it will be hard and may need to sit out before scooping.
