Hot spinach artichoke dip is probably my favorite appetizer. If you know me, you know I love chips. And what's better than chips and delicious dip? The key ingredient in this dip is the Alfredo sauce which packs the flavor and makes it extra creamy.
Step 1: Mix cream cheese, spinach, artichokes, Alfredo sauce, Parmesan, and mozzarella
Step 2: Move to pie place and bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
Ingredients:
4 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
10 oz frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
14 oz can of artichoke hearts (roughly chopped)
12 oz Alfredo sauce
3/4 cup Parmesan
3/4 cup mozzarella
Directions:
Step 1: Mix cream cheese, spinach, artichokes, Alfredo sauce, Parmesan, and mozzarella
Step 2: Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
Substitutions
You can add more or less of any of the ingredients. It is amazing how you can alter the ingredients any way you want and it still turns out absolutely delicious.
Use less Alfredo sauce and more cream cheese if you want a thicker dip, perhaps if you're serving on a toasted baguette.
