Inspiration struck me while I was at Costco trying to figure out what to have for dinner. The spinach artichoke dip was on sale so I came up with these sliders for a quick and tasty dinner. These are great for parties, game day, appetizers, or anytime you're craving something gooey and delicious.

You can of course use any spinach dip.
I live for costco rotisserie chicken but any shredded chicken will do. You can also omit chicken altogether.
Sliced mozzarella will work just as well as shredded.
Step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Step 2: Cut Hawaiian rolls in half and remove top. Place bottom half in baking dish and spread spinach dip across.
Step 3: Spread shredded chicken over spinach dip. Then cover with mozzarella. Bake for 6-8 minutes for cheese to get gooey.
Step 4: While sliders are baking, melt butter and mix in parsley.
Step 5: Remove sliders from oven and place top buns back on. Pour melted butter over the top of the rolls and brush the surface. Cover in tin foil and bake for 12 minutes. Remove foil and bake for additional 2-3 minutes.
