A smoothie to satisfy all the sweet-tooth cravings.
Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
1 1/2 Tbsp peanut butter
2 Tbsp plain greek yogurt
1/4 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/4 cup milk of choice
3 ice cubes
1 tsp honey (optional)
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
